Canadian Dollar climbs to two-week high despite hawkish Fed expectations

USD/CAD extends its decline on Friday as broad US Dollar (USD) weakness lifts the Canadian Dollar (CAD) to its highest level in more than two weeks. At the time of writing, the pair trades around 1.4138, after reaching 1.4299 on Wednesday, its highest level since April 2025.
