Definition of Violations

• Signal/strategy plagiarism: Copying or minimally modifying others’ signals and publishing them as original.
• Account manipulation: Operating multiple accounts for self-copying, performance falsification, or rule evasion.
• False representation: Misleading claims about performance or signal origins.

Penalties

• Immediate permanent ban of the violating provider’s account upon verification.
• Permanent freezing of all illicit gains for community governance and victim compensation.
• Reservation of rights to pursue legal action in serious cases.

Enforcement Measures

• Enhanced verification of new providers’ historical performance, prioritizing verifiable MT4/5 investor passwords or third-party audits.
• Upgraded algorithmic monitoring of order timing and strategy similarity.
• Dedicated reporting channel ([email protected]); valid tipsters will receive cash rewards.
• Independent investigation triggered by reports or alerts, with possible temporary signal suspension and transparent outcome notification.

We urge original providers to retain trading records and report infringements promptly, and copy traders to evaluate signal transparency and provider reputation rationally. Integrity is the foundation of our community—thank you for your cooperation in maintaining it.
